Delivery and Return Conditions
If the customer cannot be found at the address specified in the order during the product delivery process made by “gurmebox.com.tr”, the food he / she has ordered will not be left elsewhere. Within the framework of this situation, the member has to accept the legal obligations that will arise because the member has an order to an address where he is not present.
All products are under the warranty of the manufacturers unless otherwise stated. In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, be sure to check the product during cargo delivery. When you see a damage, keep a record and do not get the product. The changes made on the product, the deformation of the product or the deterioration of the original design of the product are not covered by the warranty.
Product Return Conditions
If the product you have purchased on our site is faulty, you must contact us through the online support section on our page within 7 days at the latest from the date of delivery. Following this information, the faulty product you send us with the courier company will be replaced with a new one. If the ordered product error occurred due to customer use or if the product has been used within 7 days, the product will not be returned or exchanged. As per the conditions of product return and replacement, the practices are essential in accordance with the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of the Consumer.
